Who we are

Tealus is an AI work platform that creates documents, exam papers, translations, maps and other files for you. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Your account details (name and email), the instructions, messages and files you give Tealus, the files Tealus creates for you, and your saved preferences and skills.

Google account data

If you choose to connect Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Sheets or Slides, Tealus only acts when you ask it to: sending an email you requested from your own Gmail, saving a file you chose to your Drive, or adding an event you asked for to your Calendar.

Tealus does not read your inbox, browse your Drive or sell your Google data. Access keys are stored encrypted and tied only to your account; no other user can use them.

Tealus's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is never used to train AI models or for advertising.

How AI is used

Your instructions and files are sent to AI model providers only to complete the task you requested. Your past results are reused only as memory for your own account.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run Tealus (hosting, storage and AI processing), or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can delete chats and files, disconnect any Google app at any time from the Integrations page, and revoke access from your Google Account settings. You can ask us to delete your account and data.
